So I just got two Dakeya Da06 fat tire bikes off Amazon. Our plan is to do woodland trails and paths. I have only had them for two weeks but I am impressed so far. They are full of features I wanted and came with extra. 4" x 26" tires, dual hub motors, 162 Nm torque, 23Ah removable battery, dual hydraulic brakes, 21 speed shimano shifter, fenders, headlight / brake light. Rack, saddle bags, phone holder, air pump, cable lock. I do have a question, what is the purpose of locking the suspension on the front forks? Wouldnt you want suspension all the time? I did download a better version of the controller and its settings, the owners manual for the bike needs some refinements. So other than the bike being heavy (I am not carrying it so not really a big deal) and the bike being tall I am happy so far. Customer service answers questions within 2 days. Via. Email. Andone else had experience with these bikes?
