Glad they are still researching alternatives for helmets, personally I like my MIPS Gyro helmet and I think the MIPS technology is pretty promising. I hope I never test it out, I had a accident on a motorcycle at 40mph into the side of a car that turned left in front of me and my Bell helmet saved my life. Cracked the helmet and knocked me out cold but my head was ok.
Course the best helmet in the world won't help those who ride without one.
