Hello from Idaho! So glad to be a member of this forum. I am loving my bike but have a few questions about battery charging.
My charger has never had a red light. It’s always been green, which I’d think means the bike is fully charged but that’s not the case, as the bike feels sluggish.
As others have mentioned, I cannot remove the battery and am hesitant to try to force it.
The battery level indicator varies between 1-2 green lights only.
What is the “energy bar” and what does it mean when it’s only 1-2 bars? Mine used to go all the way to the right but it’s not gone above the center point lately.
