Need owners manual Monday motorbike

Hello,

My E- came with no owners manual it is a Monday motorbike the model is the Anza.

I can’t operate it without having knowledge of all the controller buttons nuances and error messages

and plug in the cables and which ones are for charging would be absolutely essential

Can someone PDF it to me I am not getting a response from the folks at Monday motorbikes I’m perplexed I’ve asked them eight times I’ve had the bike nine days and I can’t ride it this is seriously wrong

That is the kind of response you expect from the typical person who either is too stupid and makes an asinine response or works in customer service and does the same s*it to their customers!

Telling someone to go look it up is just Ludacris and foretells that type of person you are. Look up your name in Google and it’ll say dumb fucking asshole!

Actually just look in the mirror and you’ll see the dumb fucking asshole there!

If anyone has a problem it’s response you’re just used to being given dumb s*it answers and don’t know any better but I don’t put up with that kind of stuff I asked a simple question and got a smart ass dumb f*ck response from a dumb f*ck not happy and you can just delete me off your fucking system that’s the kind of people you have here f*ck this s*it what an asshole

Unfortunately this isn't unusual. My bike came with little more than a spec sheet. When it comes to support you're largely left on your own to figure it out.

I have just had a quick look on their website and there isn't much in the way of support documentation that I can find.

That said, it looks like your bike use Bafang Motor/controller so some members here may have experience they can share. The same system is used on many ebikes.

From what I can gather, your controls are the same or similar to the DP C171. So the link below may help you decipher some of the controls, but I'm afraid it won't cover the basic "setting up of the bike".
