NCM Overpriced and customer service in Spain pathetic

I would advise people to research well before buying a NCM.
Their are several problems which haven't been sorted out.
1. The snapping spokes for heavier riders.
2. The really bad lag in power
when you really need it is dangerous. If you are on a hilly trail and you change gear at the bottom of a hill, then you want power to start the climb, it disappears and it can dismount you. Yes, you can faf about and change gears well before you need to but it's still a bad fault.
If you pay 140 you can pay for the better controller that doesn't have the problem.
3. I bought a Moscow in Spain and noticed the voltage if battery was only 53. 6 maximum and when complaining to the seller I was fobbed off my own problem.
But a fully charged battery should be at least 44.2 volts or so
