NCM MOSCOW

Ho una NCM Moscow e dopo che ho cambiato, per due volte, il sensore di pedelata, la bicicletta dopo circa 10 minuti che funziona correttamente, si spegne. Sia lo schermo che il motore si spengono e non ricevo più assistenza alla pedalata. Come dicevo, prima che si spenga funziona tutto correttamente a parte la velocità che non viene più rilevata e trasmessa allo schermo. Il motore è un Bafang sul mozzo posteriore. Grazie in anticipo per le risposte.

I have an NCM Moscow, and after I replaced the pedal sensor twice, the bike shuts down after about 10 minutes of proper operation. Both the screen and the motor turn off, and I no longer receive pedal assistance. As I was saying, before it shuts down, everything works properly, except the speed, which is no longer detected and transmitted to the screen. The motor is a Bafang on the rear hub. Are you sure your battery is working correctly?
Sei sicuro che la tua batteria funzioni correttamente?

Also if your speed sensor, typically mounted on the chain stay and accompanying magnet on the spoke are missing or not working correctly you should see an error on the screen before shutting down.
Inoltre, se il sensore di velocità, solitamente montato sul fodero del telaio, e il relativo magnete sul raggio sono mancanti o non funzionano correttamente, dovrebbe comparire un messaggio di errore sullo schermo prima dello spegnimento.

Il display è un T7 e non c'è nessun errore segnalato. Solo manca l'indicazione della velocità. La batteria funziona correttamente e la mia ebike non ha il sensore della velocità sul telaio e neppure il magnete nei raggi delle ruote.

Seems the NCM though using a Bafang motor has a NCM Das_kit custom controller and display.
Have you tried contacting NCM?

Ho provato a contattarli ma non forniscono pezzi di ricambio per il sensore di pedalata. Ho dovuto comprarlo in altri negozi online. NCM vende solo la centralina completa con il sensore di pedalata e io non volevo spendere quella cifra.
