I have a ribble cgr al-e with mahle ebike motion
I am trying to use the mysmartbike app and it works I think, but I cannot find any user instructions or tutorials anywhere. Has anyone found any useful information about how to use this app . I don't have a heart monitor or anything other than the bike that I wish to connect to the app. I have connected the bike, I have also linked to my strava account but I cannot find the web dashboard on my laptop and I would like to understand how to use the app better. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Did you get a response? Like you I’ve been looking for a tutorial on how to record a ride as my Mahle Battery has an intermittent power fault. The Orbea technician advises that the Mahle app will enable him to identify the issue.
Any advice would be appreciated.
