My choice would be the
Stellar Falcon Step Thru. 750hp more power for hills. Rear seat post suspension for softer ride on bumpy terrain (a must for my back). Step thru would have been better for my short 29” inseam on legs. It has torque and cadence sensors like my E-Bike. Mine has rear shock so no need for seat post suspension.
