Picked it up from its free one year tune-up and rode the chilly .5 mile home 😊. Feels great!

Now just need to get through the "river of rain" (official meteorological terminology!) scheduled for the great PNW weekend, and I'll be back on the road!!!

Also, in the good news category (so far) - husband downloaded the latest version of the Ride Control app on his phone, and it connected! Still keeping the link to the older version handy, though, just in case...

The good thing about the ´river of rain´ is that most of it seems to happen at night. When not, there´s usually a break of a couple hours
at some point.. Wet streets are still better than icy ones. at least in the PNW.

Well, that's true, John!

Though I'm frequently amazed that, for the amount of rain we get here, native Washingtonians don't seem to know how to drive in it 😜.

Ha ha, 50+ mph, & your just driving a boat. Hydroplaning has killed quite a few in my state. They´re even worse at driving in snow.

Thought about your thread about keeping two bikes when I saw this ...

Thanks, Art! Still looks like it would be cheaper to just bite the bullet and get a second bike...
