My 2020 Creo Expert with 20K all road miles, its been a great bike. Is it worth it to upgrade to a 2025 Expert?

My bike looks good, never crashed and runs great . I like the new Creo 2 with the new motor but conserned about changes to the "Gravel "
bike focus with new geometry. Is it worth the $ cost? I would appreciate hearing from Form..

Thanks

Welcome aboard!

Sorry, can't help with your question. I ride an SL 1 with the same motor you have.

But with 20k of road miles under your belt, we'd love to see your bike and the places you ride. My 3 favorite forum threads are the ones for sharing ride photos.

Oh, one other thing: We have several current threads on the lastest lightweight, low-power e-road bikes like the Canyon Endurace ONFLY among others. Use the forum seach function with "hpr40" or "hpr50" to find them, as these TQ motors tend to figure prominently in the discussions.

for road, no. definitely not, unless you need more power. the creo 1 had good geometry and clearances for road.

if you’re feeling the itch to upgrade, maybe a new one piece cockpit, tires, saddle? carbon cranks, lighter pedals? I enjoyed all those upgrades on my creo.

if you’re reallllly feeling a new bike, and intend to stick to road, definitely check out the new scott and canyon TQ HPR40 bikes. lighter, 2x drivetrains, allegedly totally silent!
