Multiple emails from Specialized for old returned items

I have been receiving multiple emails from Specialized indicating my return has been accepted and my account will be credited shortly.
These items are for things I have returned to Specialized throughout last few years.
I wonder if their system is hacked.
Are you receiving any emails like this?
 
I have not returned anything to them but I have a shipping label to return a saddle which I have to get to a Fedex office. As long as they credit my account, I would not worry. But if you are concerned about spam or phishing, I'd copy whatever info and either chat or email directly with Specialized and not reply to those messages.

On a recent return it took them a LONG time but they finally did credit my account.
these emails however appear to be authentic from Specialized and not requesting a respond.
