Please!
I tried to discover the real voltage of this 36V battery with my multimeter, but d0esn't work well, I changed the 9V battery in the multimeter but still doesn't work!
Where do I do an error?

Some batteries don't give voltage out the charging socket. So you have to unplug or remove them to access the run socket. Some batteries have a computer that won't let voltage out until the battery computer has talked to the controller computer.
You can check your meter with a fresh D or AA battery, 1.5 to 1.53 v on 2 vdc scale. You can also put it on 250 vac scale, put probes in wall socket and read the wall voltage for your area. 240-250 in SWI. Don't touch probe metal when checking 240 vac.

thanks! Now the battery computer has talked to the controller computer and that works! My 36V battery shows 41,7V, that's good.
