Hi all, I have had to take ebike in due to an error code indicating motor stall, is this serious or a minor fix?

Just an update on bike error code.
I bought bike from a reputable dealer having returned bike because of motor stalling code as my warranty expires in 2 months. Update from shop they don’t have testing equipment and mechanic has turned it on and off numerous times and no error showing. Flabbergasted.

It might be helpful if you told us what brand and model of a bike, where you are, and other relevant details like climbing when it happened.

Make Oxygen, model oxygen go, I’m in the UK.error 23 and I had just turned it on so stationary.

*Search error code 23 trouble shooting guide. With battery removed, turn on the display to drain the
capacitor. Be careful not to twist when unplugging main motor connector, pull straight apart & check
for damage. Be sure arrows align when reconnecting. There are a number of entries for this, but the
Rad troubleshoot 23 would likely be most helpful. Others are more technical & for a different type of setup
than yours.

The dealer is replacing controller F.O.C
they say this will be probably have been the issue.
