Moscow / Moscow+ Bike Rack bosses

The frame mounted bosses for the Moscow and Moscow + rear bike racks do not seem to be in any position I've seen before. Is it at all a common place for rear bike rack bosses? I am wondering if there's any racks besides the NCM factory made rack that will take advantage of them?

I bought one when it was in stock for a few minutes at Leon Cycle (Canada) They are made by the same nebulous Chinese manufacturer who makes all the other clones... they fit several models in the NCM, Amego, Magnum etc. lines, and they "almost" fit... not the most practical shape but streamlined and rock solid without weighing a tonne or making all kinds of noise.
