Mondraker Prime electric handlebar control

Hi All, I have recently purchased a Mondraker Prime EMTB. I seem to have an issue with the electrics. The handlbar control is very fragile and with very little use has broken twice. There is a central control panel on the mainframe of the bike but this is less than perfect as the control to reduce the electric is not responsive as the control to reduce the electric and this is apparantly the norm with Mondraker. The electrics jammed on turbo and had to be fixed but im still having issues with the very flimsy handlebar control. The dealer has been less than helpful. Any advice welcome, is there an alternative to the handlebar control that can be fitted to replace the existing one ? Thanks
