Under 24 hours usage, the DT swiss "durable 240 hub" looks like completely crap.

No more efficient to say bicycle market is still under hot snakey oil. From the scaling 4-5 more cycles the real hub will be completely done and worn out. Just like my previous m980 cassette, worn out like a rubber lol. Piece of crap DT, it Swiss like cheese.

Lol! Don’t get sucked in.....

Where did you buy this?
The DT swiss spokes I bought from thebikeshopstore.com were extremely durable real steel. Much more difficult to cut than the walds.
I'm saying, counterfeiting is everywhere through the resale market. We electronic hobbiests don't buy transistors from ebay or alibaba, we pay much more to get real ones from authorized distributors like Farnell & digikey. I've gotten real garbage from my LBS, I trust him only for tires & tubes.

indianajoe, I very much doubt it is counterfeit. Read his other posts that I linked above.

No, you should unless you like riding turtle toy instead of a true durable vehicle.

You are not riding the bike as it was intended to be ridden. Starting from a stop in the highest gear will damage the driveline. One only has to look at all of the driveline components you have destroyed thus far. I’m sorry you don’t want to hear this, but it’s a fact.

lol. Who repeatedly start the bike at highest gear all the time under 24 hours to get 500 miles? Most of the time it is on the road and rolling. You hobbyist cyclist or whoever opened my mind.

In other threads you have said that you start in high gears. Why are you having all these issues and others are not?

I ride it like a vehicle, not like a toy. Why are the bicycle components so fragile? lol. Why so few use bicycle these days? Keeps me wondering. It's the components that suck and the price is high-luxury and the performance is dirt.

components are fine if you want to use it wrong then buy a single speed or keep it under 8 speeds. I have put over 6000 miles on my Bulls bike with no broken or mangle parts. just replacing chains as needed and brake pads. I have climbed so steep of hills even full power and standing would not do it. but guess what no broken parts.

Keeping it under 8 speeds still won’t solve his problem if he continues to start from a stop in the highest gear.

you want to ride like your on a scooter but you buy an E_Bike instead and then you complain
because it performs like an E-Bike not a scooter lol, you should be pissed at yourself not E-Bikes, sell it and buy a E-Motor Cycle, overpowerd Hub Drive Bike or a Scooter.
