My 1 year old Magnum Premium recently developed a strange issue. Pedal assist only kicks in at levels 4, 5, and 6. At Level 0 (of course) , as well as levels 1, 2 and 3 it is like a legacy bike with no indication of any power being used.
All other functions seem to be working fine including throttle, brakes, battery voltage, speedometer, odometer etc.. Any ideas about what is causing this and how to fix? Thank you.
