M2S Non Responsive

After weeks of studying various E-bike models and comparing specs., I finally decided on M2S Bikes XC Sport Max/MD. I have emailed and placed three phone calls, leaving voice messages twice. To date, no one from M2S has responded to my inquiries. My questions are legitimate, concerning inventory and ship date. Frankly, I am now very skeptical about purchasing, especially if I need future support. A good relationship with the vendor of any product is essential. Clearly, M2S has not demonstrated this.

Checkout Biktrix. I think they have similar style of bikes. The owner, @roshan, is here frequently, answers questions and by most accounts is very responsive. He has been a member here since he started Biktrix. Good luck with your search.

Interesting I’ve never had this problem. Eric has always been prompt getting back to me . Could be going through some growing pains. The bikes are very good for the price . Wonder if they are getting overwhelmed??
