M2S M600

I purchased two M600 bikes and my wife and I love them. The only problem we’ve experienced is the error 30 which they say is a loose electrical connection but we’ve found disconnecting and reconnecting the battery resolved it. Does anyone else have the error 30? Have you figured out what’s causing it?
