She corrected me-I should have said Vive la Belgique! I will ask her about Stoofvlees! Not a big fan of mussels myself. You should ask her about Stoofvlees. That together with fries... heaven.
Her Belgian ID has been revoked. It's called ragoût de bœuf in French. She hadn't heard of Stoofvlees. But then again-she is a Walloon!
Thats funny! She told me they call flemish stew "carbonades flamandes" in her neck of the woods. We have a little place close by called "Pomme Fritte" that serves a great stew. The owner is from Spa...Her Belgian ID has been revoked. It's called ragoût de bœuf in French.
Curious as to why you don't want your ebike to look like an ebike?I don't know if you've read my original post, or... the title, but I'm looking for something minimalist/ not like an ebike This would be the opposite of that
Just personal preference, don't like the look of them.Curious as to why you don't want your ebike to look like an ebike?
I didn't say it needs to look like a traditional bike though, just not like an ebike. I also expressed how I have a preference for the frame the wilier has in my first post.To be honest, Bart, Willier looks stealthily but not like a traditional bike
Yeah, Willier is very futuristic for sure!I didn't say it needs to look like a traditional bike though, just not like an ebike. I also expressed how I have a preference for the frame the wilier has in my first post.
I agree. I don't like the look of the battery strapped anywhere on a bike. I'm cool with the battery as a fake water bottle...Just personal preference, don't like the look of them.
+1 . the look of a sleek and minimalist design (even better with a single speed with no gears or shifters) can’t be beatI agree. I don't like the look of the battery strapped anywhere on a bike. I'm cool with the battery as a fake water bottle...
100% agree, Kinda dislike the gears on the Willier... other than that it's perfect. Maybe I'll install a belt myself+1 . the look of a sleek and minimalist design (even better with a single speed with no gears or shifters) can’t be beat
Would like to see itMaybe I'll install a belt myself
P.S. I wonder whether the concept of an "overpass/flyover" is known to Belgium?
Yeah. Because I actually use my 10-speed shifter a lot on an overpass climb/descent, and the mid-drive motor in my Vado SL is 35 Nm/240 W.To some probably. You mean like... a highway overpass?
