Looking for a spare Battery for my Giant Dirt E 2017

Hello all im having a hard time finding a spare battery for my Dirt E. giant energypak 500wh top loading frame 36v g-system battery. I can't get one from the UK they will not ship to the US. I have called shops they tell me they will get back to me and nothing. Can someone point me in the right direction or is someone selling one let me know. Thank you for your time. Also I own the bike it's not stolen.

Hi I’m not sure if this will help but I bought my battery it’s called X -go mine is 48 V but they do have a 36 V battery it’s a silverfish Li-ion EBike Battery.I Bought mine thur eBay unfortunately it comes from China good luck take care bye

Do a search on the web for e-batteries. There are a number of companies out there that sell aftermarket batteries. Good luck
