Looking for a class 2 ebike with internal gear hub

Hi, I've been looking for a class 2 ebike with an internal gear hub, this is a must. Looking to spend around 3k.
I live in California so somewhere I could be at least in the state is a must.
Some city, Some trail riding. Any suggestions?
