Lights don’t work on Bosch Purion system

Hi I'm new, and there is an old threading this that wasn’t resolved so I hope it’s ok to bring it up again. I have a second-hand, almost new Bulls Cruiser e. It has a nice Bosch Active Line + mid-mount motor with wired in LED lights, but the lights don't work. I've had my LBS check to make sure the lights are enabled in the software, and there are no switches on the lights themselves. Any idea what could be wrong and how I can fix?

Have you tried this yet?

Thanks Ravi, yes, I definitely see the headlight icon when pressing the plus sign for a couple of seconds, but still no lights.

Doesn’t sound like programming. I had to have the Bosch update done before I could turn mine on and off. They were just always on before that.

Does it have auto lights (light sensor)? When ordering a Bulls the dealer may ask you if you want to leave that setting on, or turn it off so that you can control the lights with the on/off switch.
