Liberty Trike interests us for its RV-transportable. Any thoughts?

Looking to take etrike for my wife in RV to ride around state and national park campgrounds. Also around neighborhood in our seniors community. We’re in our 70s. I have an ebike.

My wife doesn’t walk easily.
She wants an e-trike for stability.

The Liberty Trike comes apart in two 25-lb pieces that would fit easily into our RV storage or car trunk. Also fits easily through doorways. That much seems ideal for us and is the big reason we’re focusing on the Liberty.

Any opinions on Liberty Trike for reliability and durability? Service?

Any other etrikes that are so easily transportable in RV or car trunk?

I saw a couple riding Liberty etrikes awhile back and didn't have time to stop and ask about them. They must live in my general area because a friend says he sees them riding at our local oceanfront. They (Liberty etrikes) are small and compact and must be decent quality because the couple have been spotted multiple times. I have a BUZZ etrike. Its nice but in no way portable. If I see the couple again I'll bend their ear and ask them to join the forum. The Liberty is a cool little etrike in person though.

Thanks very much for taking the time to write. I appreciate your insight, and your help. Glad to hear positive vibe.

Not yet. Life has gotten in the way a bit. Plus she’s been taking physical therapy and is walking much better, so she may get an ebike. My guess is she’ll get the trike eventually (shhh…don’t tell her)

The guy I sold the BUZZ to has been riding it everywhere and he hasn't seen the couple on the Liberty trikes either. Strange. It's like they got beamed up by a space ship.

I bought a Liberty Trike for my wife a year ago. No problems, but the back half is a little heavier than 25 lbs unless you take out the battery first. Which is not hard. The little 8amp hr battery comes up a little short in range. So I bought a 36v15ah battery on Amazon ($274.00) It is 4" longer but fits on the rack sticking out a bit. Now she can ride to the forest preserve do the 7 miles of bike trail and when the display gets down to 1 bar. Just switch to the 8ah carried in the basket for the ride home without worring about about the battery going dead. The 8ah would get us there and a couple miles on the trail before having to turn around and come home.
