Levo FSR mission control

hi

Don't know if anyone else has experienced this or can help me??
I've had my specialized Levo fsr for 2 months and recently notice don the mission control app I'm no longer able to alter the acceleration response as I get a red explanation mark and when I touch this on the app it says bike needs a reset to take effect??
Any help much appreciated, checked on specialized site and can't find anything about it or how to reset it??

I know this is obvious, but with a brand new expensive bike, a trip back to a specialized dealer might be in order. At least a call to a tech, they may be able to walk you through a reset.

You do need to power down the bike in order for the Acceleration to take effect. On my Turbo S battery, (in a base Turbo), this also means taking the battery out of its cradle and reinserting it in the bike. By powering down do you mean running the battery flat?

No. I mean powering the bike off and removing the battery from the bike. This causes a hard reset of all of the firmware on the bike and battery.

I have tried this several times with no success as I store my bike without the battery in the cold months.
