Lectric XP - does the frame match the rear hub?

There seems to be some question about this.

So about the stress to the frame question. How big of a deal do you guys suppose that is?

To me this suggests perhaps the washers were installed incorrect at factory???

If you don’t have extra room on the axle, your torque washer can go on the outside of the dropouts.

Could that be problem solved?

just move the torque washers outside the frame???
