3 years ago, I bought two Lectric XPs. Low cost, lots of features, worked VERY well for riding together. We do not gonzo MTB, just putzing around campgrounds and national parks. My wife's on the shorter side, so I bought a Lectric step thru bike for her. We're now constantly 2-3 MPH out of sync so someone's always cranking like they're going up a mountain while the other rider is just freewheeling the pedals. If the slow person moves from PAS 1 to 2, now they are in the lead by 200 yards and rider #2 is huffing and puffing.
I have messed around with the programming for hours and we always end up with one rider doing all the work while the other is getting zero exercise.
Has anyone found a good way to get these closer in speed so we can just pedal at 8-9 MPH TOGETHER? Thanks!
