Lectric bike xp

I ordered lectric ebike xp in may 2020.got in June23 without charger.after few days got charger. June27(Saturday)
after few miles in the park I felt and get hurt. Bike folded up because latch holding bike in the middle disengage.
This is very unsafe bike. Next day I sent them email and explained what happened. I also send them pictures of my injury. They offer take bike back with full refund which I return to them.I make video how easy latch can be open.I think latch should have safety screw or something for keeping open. This bike is danger to ride. All reviews about the bike are big bs. Because is cheap I did purchased and almost get hurt badly. Right now I'm working with my lawyer
and will make decision later.

LOL lucky you even got a refund at that point, you bought a bike and are obviously supposed to do a few safety checks to make sure things did not get loosened up during the shipping process.

You stupid. This latch doesn't have any safety screw. You just lack and that's it.you think why is so cheap. Right now I have trek allant+7s and I love it.
