Nice components on your bike but little late to the party!
Everyone has jumped on the Sondors bandwagon and the seasons starts in about a month. So, the road ahead can be tough but you have a solid product and I wish you the very best.

My sincere suggestion here:

Enough with fat bikes already. fat bikes are fun but that noise, weight, handling may not be ideal for city traffic or casual riding on roads.

Make a good 2" tire bike (at $750) that can take normal fenders and racks, you will be selling them like hot cakes.
A versatile bike platform like Surly troll or ogre but made for casual riding and commuting!

Thank you Ravi. We feel our product is solid, we will try to weather the Storm (LOL), Fat eBikes still hold a huge market. We have an awesome LAZER xxxxxxxxx THIN, LIGHT, road eBike in final planning stage. Once we start mass production our eFatbikes, we will launch our other products.

Cheers!

Components, torque sensor, and weight all seem great. I think what's needed is some independent feedback on ride quality, etc. Need to get prototypes to some bloggers asap and post articles around. Hard to take a jump on something new when you don't know how smooth controls are.

Any road test feedback anywhere?

The bike as spec'd offers a lot of value for the money. It's good to see power options, more than one frame size and hydraulic brakes being offered. I do see a safety issue with the bike as laid out though, the right side of the handlebar has a twist grip shifter and a thumb throttle between the grip and the brake, putting the brake lever out of reach from the grip position. Placing the throttle on the left side might solve the problem.

Good luck with the campaign!

Fat tires have a larger tread patch on the pavement. They are much less likely to get into a slide during turns or braking, than 2 inch tires are. 1000 watt should be enough to move the weight smoothly in traffic. These facts ought to make legislators approve the 1000 watt standard like my State and other States do.

hahahaha..! whatta eye
JR, stop being such a perfectionist !!
The bike is not only designed to climb hills but also jump cliffs. :D:D

Gerrick, thank you for your comments and questions. We have tested our LAZER EDGE Series on trails, roads, sand, and even snow. Most of our videos have been taken with "inhouse" personnel, but you can clearly see in our videos how this ebike performs. I do agree, we need independent feedback from news, bloggers, and regular cyclist. We are currently sending out press kits, we will have independent articles soon. I do want to say, my reputation in electric motorsports is known around the world, I designed, built, and raced "Warp Factor II". I was sponsored by Haiyin Technologies from Shenzhen, China, they own HobbyKing. We look forward to a gas free future!

J.R. , thank you for your insight, the picture is deceiving, you can easily reach the brake lever without removing your hand. We would never build a bike that has not been safety tested. I will post a picture later showing how easy it is to use the brakes.

Cheers,

Ron Adamowicz

I would like to keep the ebike community fully up to date on our plans for LAZER ELECTRIC MOTORSPORTS. We started crowdfunding campaigns to offer our new products at a very low discounted price, this price only allows minimal profits. I approved this route to jump-start sales. I have enough capital to move forward with LAZER ELECTRIC MOTORSPORTS, soon our products will be selling on Amazon and Google for MSRP.
Past business: East Coast Electric Drag Racing Association (ECEDRA), Team Haiyin EV Racing.
Current business: LAZER ELECTRIC MOTORSPORTS, Shoreline Delivery Movers Inc.

Ron,

I noticed the issue on the videos you posted, not that one photo, I just used your photo for reference. Here's a screen shot from your video.

Anyway... Good luck with it.

J.R., again I thank you for your compassion regarding our brake lever, but like I posted, it works just fine, we used it hundreds of times. Shimano does offer longer brake levers if anyone think its an issue.

Ron,

I read through your IGG ad and it looks like an outstanding value! Lots of quality components. That 6000w upgrade looks like a real bargain. I don't think anyone could build that bike for that kind of money.

Used to live nearby in Simsbury and you're in great part of the country.. Wish you well!

Thank you Joe, I know Simsbury well, I also own a moving company, everything around route 10.
Yes, our Indiegogo and Kickstarter pricing brings very minimal profits, our only goal the first six months is to spread the news on our products. Our business plan allows this route, our MSRP will bring us decent profits. We have three additional eBikes coming, two escooters, an three eSkate boards. Going to be a busy summer!

So, was this withdrawn? The link says 'draft mode'.

I don't know how anyone new sells ebikes. There is no cost-effective way to make people aware of a new brand, and basically no way to make people aware of ebikes. Sondors has his groups, but his latest offering tailed off very sharply after a fast start.
