Has anyone found that the last Stromer software update a few weeks back in November 2020 broke their smartlock feature on their OMNI Interface C? I had a late model ST2 with an updated display and previously to this update smart lock was working great. I've successfully connected bluetooth to my iOS device as I previously did but to no avail?

i don't use this function myself, so i can't tell firsthand. but i just checked the stromerforum.ch. quite a few people noted the same proplem, and also after the update. they didn't seem to have found an answer yet unfortunately. if you like, i can give you the exact link.

Regarding the debate at the Swiss stromerforum:
The described behaviour (unwanted unlocking) is caused by the OS of the mobile device (so far not published). In your case, check if the new firmware belongs to your model. In doubt, ask your dealer to push the firmware again. He needs the VIN for this.
