No ebike is perfect, this is a thread dedicated to sharing known issues or problems with electric bikes from Lectric Cycles as well as any help and solutions you know of. Sometimes that means a DIY fix and other times it can mean a recall, software update or part replacement by a dealer.

Please be respectful and constructive with feedback, this is not a space for hate speech. In many cases, representatives from the company will see feedback and use it to improve their product. In the end, the goal is to enjoy riding and help each other go further and be safer.

I should also mention that Lectric Cycles is not the same as Lectric Bikes. Lectric Cycles specializes in conversion kits. Lectric Bikes does the Lectric XP and Lectric LX. To my knowledge the two companies are unrelated.

Not yet, and I ordered another 20 August. Just to good of a deal. Plus all the YouTube videos and online pics have been very good.

I agree the videos have been good and I like the fact that it's foldable so it will fit in my car easily. My order number is 3936 and didn't know about the free saddlebags. if I like it I will get a spare battery.
