No ebike is perfect, this is a thread dedicated to sharing known issues or problems with electric bikes from BMW as well as any help and solutions you know of. Sometimes that means a DIY fix and other times it can mean a recall, software update or part replacement by a dealer.

Please be respectful and constructive with feedback, this is not a space for hate speech. In many cases, representatives from the company will see feedback and use it to improve their product. In the end, the goal is to enjoy riding and help each other go further and be safer.

dumb problem, but the leads for my headlight on my BMW Cruise keep coming out. They slide on, but then slide right out.

The blue dial piece fell off my bike at some point today while going a bit off road. It was very loose to begin with. Unsure if anyone else has that issue but mine fell off :/ I am at 419 Miles and my rear tires are showing a good amount of wear. Using turbo and banging through gear is not helping . My only issues is the dial and I am usnsure how to safely clean the paint job. My aftermarket rear splash guard fell off but thats probably my fault I need to do some routine maintenance and service the motor for sure. I will make a thread dor that later. Covid 19 might delay my shipment
