My Neo Synapse KIOX computer show a warning: Less than 20% memory left. How do I reset it? Go back to factory setting?

does it sync with your phone? all I can think of is all the rides have not sync'd

I never did sych it with my phone. Probably I should do that and see what I find there.

yep that must be it. just set it up to auto sync then when you turn it off it will sync as long as the ebike connect app is running in the background.
