I only want to say that I believe the purchase of the Breeze and the Ranger a few months was a mistake. The warranty for these bikes is poor at best. The company requires the customer to pay for shipping of failed parts that they diagnosed as failed without any tech actually seeing the bike and then require the owner to install said part.

Do not buy a KBO bike, IMO a mistake, $3700 for me.

I received my KBO Breeze ST in October 2022 which had shipping damage. They required me to ship and expedite my damaged battery from Texas to a repair shop in California to be look at, and they would reimburse me up to $50.00 for shipping. That price didn't come close to expedite a almost 10lb lithium battery. After looking at BBB complaints, I decided they would never reimburse me for any shipping costs. Some parts I found on the bike are from 2020 and 2021 so you are buying ebikes that have sitting in the warehouse. Even though KBO CS told me I would receive the latest and greatest ebike before ordering. The videos and reviews on this brand are false and people should avoid and look elsewhere.
