Had a little trouble with getting it together. The chain was off completely and knotted. I had to take the derailleur completely off and put back on. Then the bike would not shift right but I then watched a video on rear derailleurs and got the bike to shift to all the gears. I will be taking it in to bike shop in a week when they can get me in to look over and adjust everything and make sure everything is safe. 100 dollars per hour! After first ride, I am eagerly waiting on new seat and suspension seat post. Something is clicking in the front. I think it is the brakes or rotor. But rolls smoothly and first ride was extremely satisfying! Where I live, it is all hills. Can't ride anywhere without a big hill and many little ones. This bike makes the hills disappear! Rode in Eco and Level one: All I need! Thanks Juiced Bikes!

Second ride: rode for 10 miles with new seat. Much better but can't get my new suspension seat post to work so just rode with the new seat on original seat post. The front disc brake is clicking really bad. Will try to adjust front wheel today before brother rides bike. Question: Can I disconnect the throttle? I don't want it on there because I got the bike for exercise. Also want to disconnect front light. It looks pretty stupid.

I purchased the suntour suspension seat post and can't get it to work. I turned the adjuster both ways and the suspension doesn't give in. Does anybody know how to get this thing to work? I spent almost 100 dollars on it.

Went for 18 mile ride today on assist level 2. It was AWESOME!!! It, however, drained half the battery. Must be my weight and all the hills where I live. Is this normal?
