Juggernaut Ultra Beast - Presale Delivery Times

Hello, I just ordered a Juggernaut Beast - The website says "Pre-Sale July Shipping". Has anyone ordered pre-sale before? Did the bike come sooner/later than the month specified? What was your experience? I am anxious to get the bike. Thanks

I ordered the "Pre-Sale July Shipping" on July 10th and I am still waiting...

Anyone else get their Beast yet?

The reason you are most likely still waiting is because of a battery recall for all Juggernaut Beasts and Bikonits (same Chinese bike branded for different companies). I received the Beast on July 29th and a week later I received a notice from Biktrix to stop using the Bike immediately and to remove the batteries from my house due to a beast battery fire that occurred from another owner.

Biktrix contracted with the battery repair company FTH Power. I sent them my batteries on 8/16 for the recall repair and I actually just received the shipping notice and should receive them next week so hopefully Biktrix will receive the repaired Batteries soon and ship out your bike.

I have been without batteries for 3 weeks so far and have done a few unpowered bike rides, the bike is fun to ride even unpowered but I am eager to get them back. While out of service I put a 38 tooth Wolftooth chainring on ( from 44 teeth stock ) which makes it much easier to pedal the bike uphill unpowered

I've bugged the staff about the status twice already, I am sure a 3rd won't help.
I was told the shipment would be in September and that I would get another update when they can determine a closer shipment date.

Thanks for the update, yea I have been following the incident as well on FB. Just trying to see if anyone else got their bike/batteries yet and that's good to hear that it is fun to ride without a battery.

Another poster mentioned that FTH power told them that they were waiting for the repair parts to arrive on 8/28 and them were going to start the repairs on a first come basis. So that was a 2.5 week ago. I wonder how many batteries they have to repair?
