Is this a predominant USA forum?

Hi,

first of all great forum, I happened to come here by searching for R&M (video) reviews..

Since I usually read miles as unit measurements, brands unknown (to me) and places located in the USA, I think the vast majority of people here come from there.. am I right?

How much would you estimate the USA users here in percent (if it makes sense)?

I'm just wondering since I'm an italian living in Europe (Germany), if sticking around or maybe better finding an european counterpart.

My main concern is basically because in this way I guess it'd be easier to have access to the same ebikes/shops/bike parts (seatposts, child-trailers, suspensions, rear/front panniers/stacks, tuning tools, gps trackers, raining clothes, tubeless wheels, etc) people speak and talk about it here

Althought by a very quick search I didn't find anything with the same quality and english-language (there are many german ones, my german is sufficient, but I'm more confortable/proficient in english though)..

Thanks in advance

Since you are interested in RM, I would say the participation here is approximately 60% US, 25% European and the remaining 15% AUS/NZ. Where your time is better spent is difficult to answer -- it depends on your interests and future plans. Certainly, you have more accessories and options available to you in Germany, so you will find virtually no discussion here about the fast 6A charger, Cobi vs Nyon or ABS as they are not available in the US, or available but not officially supported.

Curt does superb reviews here on EBR with detailed analysis, pros & cons, detailed specifications and solid video reviews with ride video. I know of no ebike review site that comes even close to the depth and breadth of EBR. Add this forum to it and you have the best ebike research site that I have found on the web.

As to components and accessories, they are mostly international. I end up buying numerous accessories for my bike out of Germany for use here in the USA.

This is the primary e bike website worldwide as you can see very clearly there is only one Court that does this kind of amazing reviews...and then there is this forum.
Then in the North America there are 67% monthly viewers from Us and about 15% from Canada. Rest are from Worldwide.
There are about 15.000 members but 300-400.000 monthly visitors !!
So whatever brands people talk about here , that is what people are buying.
The above are with 100% accuracy as given by a rundown of web hosting traffic.
If you have some technical knowledge you can look it up.

Yep, i also seem to find only the companies from Germany making really good items.
Just bought a pair of SQL grips- the 702, that are vastly superior to Ergons and everything else. Perfect Ergonomics , hi quality materials. Then there are the Lupine lights, and other great German accessories.
