I finally gave in and did a writeup myself on this about a week ago. Against a good angle grinder I am probably up to about 7 or 8 minutes of constant cutting. Against anything less, I'm in good shape. Maybe a Ramset can get past the Xena, but I'm not really even trying to defend against one of those unless its with positioning the locks so its tough to use one.
As always, the best solution has layers.
What I do, I've timed to about 2 minutes' deployment. I spend as much time or more just taking off the head- and tailights and dashcam and tossing them into the lock bag.

Choosing Bike Locks: Small, Medium or Ridiculous?
I see this question so many times, lets write up my daily outdoor locking strategy so I can just link to it from now on.
