Is it possible to change the handle bar and throttle of RCS to cruiser bar and twist throttle?

Changing out handle bars on Juiced CCX

Just received my Juiced CCX and absolutely love the bike, minus the position of the handle bars. Has anyone swapped out the bars for a better riding position.

I am not sure about changing the throttle. I would suspect that could be done too.
I've been monitoring the handlebar changes as I want to sit up more straight.
