I've been looking for an Allant+ 8 for quite a while. Trek used to have the 2021 model listed on their website, but it wasn't possible to order it from the website or the dealer, and there were apparently only a few units in stock at dealers as of a few weeks ago. I viewed one locally, but it was damaged, so I did not purchase it. It was sold a few days later, and Trek has now moves the 2021 Allant+ 8 into the "archived" section of its website.
The 2022 Allant+ 7 and 7s are listed on the Trek site, as are the Allant+ 8s. Since the Allant+ 8 and Allant+ 8s share almost all the same parts, I expect the 2022 Allant+ 8 will be re-listed soon. I'm not sure about this, but I suspect that Trek waits until all of the 2021 models are sold out across the dealers, at which point they archive the listing on their site, and at some point add the 2022 listing to the site. The 2021 Allant+ 8 has been archived for a week or two, and the 2022 still hasn't been added, so I'm not sure how long this process takes.
But you're looking for an Allant+ 9.9s stagger, so why the heck am I telling you all of this? It's because they still have the 2021 version of that bike listed on their website (
https://www.trekbikes.com/us/en_US/...ant-9-9s-stagger/p/30259/?colorCode=black_red). If you select the small size from the dropdown box, it says this item is still in stock at local dealers (a small size of this bike is in stock only 81 miles from me!). So, if my hunch is correct, you'll have to wait for the 2021 models to sell out before it's archived on the site, and the 2022 model is announced and can be ordered. I'm not 100% sure of this, of course, but it's my suspicion after checking the Trek website daily for the last couple of months.
Good luck!
