Insurance companies - Simple vs Velosurance vs Spoke

Evaluating quotes - they are all close to each other.

My homeowners and auto companies were not an option.

Anyone have experience with claims from any of these three carriers?

when we crashed our tandem veloinsurace covered all but the deductible. I did not have any real dialog with them I filled out the came got a email it was received got a email saying someone was assigned then nothing about 2 weeks or less later got a check in the mail.
