Inno INH142 four ebike rack?

Right now my family has 4 mountain bikes. I have ordered an Evelo Aurora Limited. I have been looking for a hitch mounted rack that can hold 4 bikes, and preferably 4 ebikes in case our family eventually gets all ebikes. This is the only rack I have seen with that capability. However, it appears there is no way to get the bikes up on the rack except lifting them, which is too much for me. Anyone have ideas on how to get heavy ebikes up on this rack? The ends have the tire holders in them so it doesn't appear that even a board ramp would work. Thoughts?

Anyone know of another rack rated for 4 bikes at 60+ pounds each?
