IGO ebike keys

I have an IGO Berri and an IGO Atwater bike. I lost a key ring with 1 key from each of the bikes.
I tried to get duplicate keys cut, but none of the lockmasters in our city have a blank the same
as the IGO keys. Their blanks are about 1/32" thicker than the IGO keys. I got a duplicate of my
key cut but it will go into the lock but will not turn. IGO says they do not have any keys or key
blanks. You have to buy a complete lock set with 2 new keys.
Has anyone had to get their key duplicated? If so where can I get the blank and have my locksmith
do the duplicating?

I put my story on FaceBook and 45 minutes later, IGO emailed me and offered me two locks at no charge. They said the locks were worth $25 each. Just $20 for shipping.
I immediately updated my FB page with the information. Sometimes CS needs a little prompt.

Did they give you contat information, because the website I found for them is very dated.
