I bought the Orbea Gain M30 2020 in March and the X35 Range Extender in April of 2020. I have about 2500 miles on the bike and 2000 miles on the battery. I keep the x35 always connected. No problems with each until yesterday. Purple Light Flashing. Rode half the ride without battery and the last half with the downtube battery only because it showed I had between 74 and 50 % left and I was getting assist. The x35 was off as I stated. I researched online and learned I had the 201 error code. I charged both batteries to full and did not get purple light but within a minute I did. I disconnected the x35 fully charged it separately and also fully charged the downtube battery. Reconnected both and got the same problem. I disconnected x35 again. Now for some reason the downtube battery is showing Mode 1 45 mile range on my app when it used to show 62 which is for the most part was what I was getting. I am hoping that it is just associated with this purple flashing light problem and a software update, which I don't know how to do, will fix. I have emailed Mahle with all this info and am waiting on a response. Anybody else had this problem and how did you solve it. Just recharging batteries has not worked. Thanks in advance for any help.
