Hydra Order Specs help

I waffled for a long time deciding if I should include a set of these wheels (the narrow version) for my Helios.
A Couple of days ago I finally thought, "What the hell," and ordered a set.

Just a comment on the Nextie wheel option: I have built two sets of wheels that use these rims and love them both. My first set I got when Nextie was young, trying to make a name for themselves and they were letting them go cheap. The experience I had with them let me take the plunge on the second set, which I built just a few months ago.

The rims have a deep center channel, and you can unseat the bead of a tire by hand roadside. Not something to take for granted these days. What sealed the deal is there is nothing this size capable of handling so much weight. Assuming WW is using the standard and not the lightweight version of these rims, they have a 250kg weight limit. I could find nothing else in that league and wanted it for the application I was using them for.

They take to tubeless beautifully. I am presently using Vee Snowshoe XLs tubeless and they held air without any sealant just fine for days. With sealant they take about 5 weeks to need a refill. My other set uses tubes and I am running cheapass Arisun fat tires (wire bead) on it. Wire bead tires go on with soap, determination, elbow grease and some bad language.

The fact that they are 90mm wide and give you the fattest of the fat look and are gorgeous besides... that had no bearing on my purchase. Did I mention they are gorgeous?

Those look great, looks and practicality, hard to go wrong.
But to be clear that's not what the WW looks like, they have purple bluesish logo's, I wonder if you can still get that plain carbon fiber look installed if you ask?

Yes you can!
I have two different label and weave configurations....

P.S. All of this info is in the FAQ's...

Oh, didn't realize you had those wheels. Thought you were "thinking" about them.

That will be an increadible look. Can't wait to see them on your bike.

No I have them. Incredibly light and the tires are set up tubeless. The bike will have a similar color scheme with the matte black and gloss black decals. Should look amazing when done.
Can't wait to see it. I saw those online before and put it on my some day down the road wish list. Also they're going to make a 27.5.

I’ve been wanting a set for a long time. When I found out they updated them with DT Swiss hubs I decided it was time and took the plunge. Biggest issue with using these is getting the speed sensor to work. I have the magnet mounted on the brake rotor so I’m going to have to relocate the sensor itself and hope I can do it in a way that it will detect the magnet. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I didn't even think about that, but you're 100% correct. I look forward to seeing how you pull it off.
