Hub motor sound

I bought two Aventure.2 bikes. One step over and one step through. While going over a few things, I noticed on one if I spin the rear wheel in the forward direction, it quietly rotates. However, on the other one there is a slight ratcheting sound (not overly loud) like a fine tooth rachet wrench or gear wrench. Is this something that should be of concern?

there usually is a ratchet sound the freewheel spinning. but the sound can depend on how much grease there is.
