How do you reset the controller?

I just bought a Rattan LM750 and I believe the controller needs to be reset. The pedal assist doesn't work right, set on one and start peddling it takes off and you are doing 15 mph. Can anyone help? Also does anyone know the preferred settings for the parameters?

You need to track down the manual for the exact controller on YOUR bike. Without knowing the specifics of your controller, good info is going to be hard to come by. How you proceed will depend on that. These controllers are not all the same at all.
