Hi ive got a 2020 cube stereo 160 action team ebike, ive had a small problem with a horstlink bolt snapping on the rear triangle. My reason for coming on hear is to see if anyone knows where I can buy spare parts as in frame bits nuts and bolts bearing etc, as I can't seem to find a comprehensive website that I can see that I can just buy a simple bolt from for my cube. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

You're in luck. You're in the UK! SheldonBrown.com
I mostly buy industrial grade nuts and bolts from industrial suppliers, but it takes a caliper to measure diameter (bolt only, not nut) and threads per inch (US) or mm per thread (metric). There are some special bike threads, like 3/8"x26TPI axles and 14 mm x 1.75 nuts on motors, but nearly everything else is standard.
If you don't want to damage the threads in the frame by pulling a cheapo bolt out, get metric 8.8 or 10 grade, or in US grade 5 or above. In stainless 18-8 can be soft but 316 is usually strong enough.
