Had to get our Creo's into the CRV that we tow behind the MH. This is the second rack I have had to make the first being for our other road bikes prior to purchasing the Creo's. There does not seem to be any truck bed type mounts in 12 X 110 MM so I had to improvise and made the prototype. I tried a lot of different tubing but this 1/2 inch copper pipe was the best fit. Cut, polished and taped up to prevent any scratches. (except the one I put on the inside of my fork when I was fit testing, oh well. Better on the inside of the fork that the outside somewhere). One of the problems was the height of the mount to clear the axel handle. I needed some height there and because of that I have but about 1/4 between my wife's seat and the headliner. If I decide to rebuild it I will get axels with levered handles so I can lower the wooden mounts & maybe some metal pipe mounts.The base board is held in place with velcro. I would also make the base of the mounts longer to give better side by side support. We just make it into the car with the bike seats in the dropped position. On our old bikes I had to remove the seat posts, a major pain. Side to side is also VERY tight but it all fits. I have about 1/2 inch between each brake lever and the side of the car and about the same amount between the handle bars. A little foam fixes it all. On the side of the bikes are home made wheel bags. I could not find any to fit our wheels. I have only had about a week to look and my LBS is looking for us as well. If anyone does have a wheel bag that fits the 700 X 32 C tires please let me know. We are off to the Phoenix valley aera for two weeks and I think this will all work. If anyone has any ideas for improvements feel free to comment.

Nice job David! I'm looking to do something similar for my Como 5 to ride inside our Airstream travel trailer. I had a setup using old Yakima parts for our old standard bikes but it won't work with the thru axle unless I get an adapter. I like your setup better.
 
@davidceder - I fabricated a similar in-car rack for our two Creos using RockyMounts and Gladiator composite garage panels and hardware that I acquired locally. The panels have slots that fit hardware (stove bolts) that I purchased from Lowes and are attached to the bottom of each of the fork mounts. The slots allow me to move and adjust the RockyMounts along the panels for a custom fit. The panel is secured to the cargo floor of our Volvo SUV using a cam strap which is looped under the cargo floor panel.

Another panel near the front seats replicates the other and is secured using the tether anchors on the back of the folded rear seats. I also fashioned wheel trays using excess panel cut from the full 4 ft length panels. The front wheels of the bike are safely stowed behind the front driver and passenger seats inside padded wheel bags. Additional cam straps can be used to secure the bikes using the cargo floor anchor points.

Very nicely done. I love the way you made them adjustable. I will have to see what my second go around will look like. Perhaps I can gleam some ideas from your rack. My major problem is that I can not find ANY mounts that would work, either could my LBS. Says these Boost hub spacing is too new for anyone to manufacture the mounts. There are 15 X 100 & 110 or 12 X 100. I need 12 X 110. Is your spacing 12 X 110? If it is which exact mounts did you use?

Your LBS is mostly correct. The Rockymount Hot Rods that I used include 115 x 110 boost sleeves for MTBs but I’ve found that they work just fine with the Creos 12mm thru axles. Once the axles are fed through the mounts and tightened down appropriately, I find that they don’t move around at all. This is the only method that we use to transport our bikes as it doesn't require a tow hitch and there is still room in the cargo area to accommodate bike related gear. Plus the bikes are securely stowed inside the vehicle. Our Volvo's ceiling height isn't as lofty as in your CRV so both bike saddles need to be removed.

All mounting hardware can be purchased at any hardware outlet including the stove bolts, washers, plastic knobs and wingnuts.
