I use ground anchors for my motorcycle and scooter. They were a pain to install (have 2, one by front porch and one in garage) but well worth the effort. I've never used or even seen a wall mount lock like that. Most road bike riders will lock 2 together to hinder carry off thefts. I have a Hiplok waist lock and really like it so I can attest to their quality.

When I looked at it, it seemed pretty solid. Other options may include a ground anchor with a chain or an anchored bike rack. I wrote an essay on bike security that covers home storage, but I think you're starting in a good place.
